DPL Progressive Divider
A DPL progressive divider distributes oil or grease in a controlled manner to multiple lubrication points within an automatic centralized lubrication system. The DPL features a compact monoblock design and is available with 6 to 20 outlets. Each outlet delivers 200 mm³ of lubricant per cycle as standard, allowing multiple lubrication points to be reliably supplied from a single central feed.
The DPL operates according to the progressive principle. Lubricant supplied by the pump moves the internal pistons one by one in a fixed sequence. Each piston movement enables the next piston to move. During these successive movements, lubricant is distributed through the different outlets to the connected lubrication points.
A complete cycle is only completed once all pistons have performed their movement, after which a new cycle can begin. This operating principle offers an important advantage: if one lubrication point or line becomes blocked, the progressive cycle is interrupted. This allows the operation of the entire distribution process to be monitored from a single control point.
The standard DPL progressive dividers are available in eight versions. This allows the number of outlets to be matched to the number of lubrication points on the machine.
